Delivery, Refunds & Return Policy
We are delighted to offer weddings and events worldwide. For floral deliveries, we currently serve Los Angeles County and Orange County only.
Our standard delivery window is between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. During peak floral holidays such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we always do our best to accommodate timing requests, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
For residential deliveries, our team will knock and ring the doorbell upon arrival. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will thoughtfully place the arrangement in the most secure, shaded location possible. A courtesy notification will then be sent via text or email, depending on the contact information provided, to alert either the sender or recipient that the delivery has been completed.
For condominiums, apartments, and office buildings, we will first attempt direct delivery to the recipient. If they are unavailable, the flowers will be left with a front desk, concierge, or leasing office whenever possible.
We take great care to ensure each delivery arrives safely. However, it is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not able to assume responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses, contact details, or access instructions.
Once delivered, we make every reasonable effort to place arrangements in a protected location. We cannot be held responsible for damage due to weather conditions, theft, or circumstances beyond our control. We also recommend notifying your recipient in advance of an incoming floral delivery to ensure the best possible experience.
Flowers are delicate, living works with a natural lifespan. To help you enjoy them at their fullest, we encourage you to follow our care guide. If your arrangement appears significantly compromised within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us via email with photos, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. After 24 hours, we are unable to take responsibility for the condition of delivered florals.
