While we are happy to do weddings + events worldwide, we offer delivery to Los Angeles County & Orange County only. Our delivery window is typically 10AM to 6PM. During Holidays such as Mother’s Day or valentine’s Day our delivery window is 7am-5pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
For deliveries to a house we will knock and ring the door bell. If there is no answer, we will leave the flowers in the most efficient location with the most shade and send a courtesy text or email (depending on what information you provide us) to alert the sender or recipient (also depending on what information is provided) that the blooms have been delivered. For deliveries to condominiums, apartments, and office buildings we will attempt to deliver directly to the recipient. If we cannot reach the recipient directly, we will either leave the flowers with the front desk or leasing office.
We make every reasonable attempt to deliver your flowers in a timely manner. With that said, it is the responsibility of the client to provide us with accurate information. We are not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering party including incorrect addresses or contact phone numbers. We do everything possible to make sure flowers are left in a safe place. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft, or conditions that are out of our control. We highly recommend you notify your recipient that a floral delivery is coming their way!
We want you and your loved ones to feel like you are receiving a beautiful piece of art with each bouquet we deliver. That being said, we want you to understand that flowers are a fragile product with a shelf life. We want you to enjoy your blooms for as long as possible, so please look at our care guide! If your blooms are looking sad within 24 hours of delivery, please reach out via email with photos of your bouquet & we will happily offer you a refund or a replacement bouquet. after 24 hours we are not responsible for any florals that have been delivered.
